I’m Lily (she/her), a creative and strategic designer with over 6 years of experience across in-house and freelance roles spanning the education, music and charity sectors.

Currently working as a Midweight Designer at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I lead and deliver design systems, campaign design and brand-led assets across digital and print, whilst managing Junior Designers’ workload and development. I am a strong advocate for co-design and clear communication.

With a particular interest in collaborative and user-centred design, I'm highly comfortable navigating stakeholder relationships — balancing creativity with accessibility, strategic thinking and a genuine focus on the end user.
